Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all wholesale purchases made through MTLshowroom. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses only. MTLshowroom reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion. Resale to unauthorized third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

2. Pricing

All wholesale prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and minimum order values may apply and will be communicated at the time of account approval or product listing. MTLshowroom reserves the right to update MOQ requirements at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a credit account has been established in writing with MTLshowroom. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon account approval. Late payments may result in account suspension.

5. Orders & Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation by MTLshowroom. Submitting an order does not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed. MTLshowroom reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory limitations or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. MTLshowroom is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Defects

All sales are final. Returns are accepted on defective items only, subject to our Wholesale Returns Policy. Buyers must inspect all goods within 7 days of receipt and submit claims within that window.

8. Intellectual Property

All product images, branding, and content provided by MTLshowroom are for authorized resale use only. Buyers may not alter, reproduce, or misrepresent MTLshowroom branding without prior written approval.

9. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing and account terms are confidential. Buyers agree not to disclose pricing or terms to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

11. Amendments

MTLshowroom reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
