Wholesale Returns Policy
General Terms
All wholesale sales are final. MTLshowroom does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, overstock, or ordering errors.
Defective Items Only
Returns are accepted exclusively for items that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
Inspection Window — 7 Days
Upon receipt of your order, you have 7 calendar days to inspect all items and report any defects or discrepancies. Claims submitted after this 7-day inspection window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Window — 14 Days
Once a defect claim has been approved, defective items must be returned to MTLshowroom within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date. Returns received outside of this window will not be processed.
How to Submit a Claim
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos.
- Await written approval from our wholesale team before shipping any items back.
- Ship approved items back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- MTLshowroom reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit or replacement at MTLshowroom's discretion.
