Wholesale Terms & Conditions

By placing a wholesale order with MTLshowroom, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

MTLshowroom is a wholesale B2B platform. Orders are reserved for registered boutiques, retailers, and resellers. By creating an account, you confirm that you operate a legitimate retail business.

2. Minimum Order

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies per style or collection. Minimums are indicated on each product listing. Orders below the MOQ will not be processed.

3. Pricing

All prices are wholesale prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are confidential and may not be shared with end consumers. MTLshowroom reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless a Net 30 agreement has been established in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from Montreal, Quebec. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier. MTLshowroom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

7. Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

8. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, product availability, and account terms are confidential. Buyers agree not to disclose this information to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
